Within the Institutional Investment Group (2IG) acb focusses on administrative services for real estate funds, structured real estate and investment vehicles and real estate management companies and the associated challenges in complex data management.
2IG provides investors with a neutral and transparent platform for real estate investment. It does not offer real estate management itself, thereby avoiding conflicts of interest of any kind with
investors and asset managers.
